Rodent exclusion means finding every opening a roof rat or mouse can use and sealing it, then dealing with the rodents already inside and cleaning up after them. The investment depends on your home's structure and what we find, so Green Arrow starts with a free inspection and gives you a custom quote.
We follow the same order on every job: exclude, initial cleanup, pre-bait, verify activity, set traps, remove rodents, final cleanup, sanitize, and remove traps. Sealing comes first so the rodents inside can't keep coming and going while we work.
Rodents can squeeze through openings as small as a nickel. We check the roofline, vents, eaves, garage doors, utility lines and pipe penetrations. More openings means more sealing.
We match the material to the opening: hardware cloth, copper mesh, sealant, sheet metal, door sweeps and vent covers. Larger or higher openings take more material and time.
Tile, shingle and flat roofs each seal differently. Flat roofs with no attic access may need a clean ceiling cut and an access panel so we can work.
Heavy activity means more trapping and more follow-up visits to remove rodents. We use monitoring to verify activity rather than guess.
Droppings and nesting material get wetted with disinfectant first, following CDC guidance, then removed, and the area is sanitized. The amount of contamination affects the time it takes.
Larger and older homes usually have more gaps, more rooflines and more places to check.
Our rodent exclusion work comes with a 1.5-year warranty on the openings we seal. The warranty depends on the structure staying as it was when we sealed it: no new damage, no remodeling that opens new gaps, and regular home upkeep. It covers our work. It isn't a promise that no rodent will find a new way in, and your inspector will walk you through exactly what it covers.
We don't currently offer rodent work for townhomes. Shared walls and attics make it hard to seal one unit on its own, so we can't stand behind the result the way we'd want to. If you live in a townhome, we're happy to point you in the right direction.
Every home has a different number of openings and a different roof, and we can't see those over the phone. A free inspection lets us show you where rodents are getting in, what it'll take to seal it, and what your investment looks like.

It depends on how many entry points your home has, what it takes to seal them, your roof and attic access, how much activity is inside and how much cleanup is needed. We start with a free inspection and give you a custom quote, so you know your investment before work begins.

Hardware cloth, copper mesh, sealant, sheet metal, door sweeps and vent covers, matched to each opening. Rodents can fit through gaps as small as a nickel, so we check closely.
It can. Tile, shingle and flat roofs seal differently. Flat roofs without attic access may need a clean ceiling cut and an access panel so we can reach the space.
Cleanup and sanitizing are part of the job. We wet droppings with disinfectant first, following CDC guidance, remove nesting material and sanitize the area. How much there is affects the time it takes.
Yes. Our rodent exclusion work comes with a 1.5-year warranty on the openings we seal, as long as the structure stays as it was: no new damage, no remodeling that opens new gaps, and regular home upkeep. It covers our work, not every possible future entry point.
It depends on the home. Sealing usually happens first, then we trap and remove the rodents inside over follow-up visits, and finish with cleanup and sanitizing. We'll give you a timeline with your quote.
Not at this time. Shared walls and attics make it hard to seal one unit on its own, so we don't currently offer rodent work for townhomes.
